   本設(shè)備箱體選用QT500鑄造，抗拉強度高，耐磨性好。
   主滑塊采用“V”形設(shè)計，兩側(cè)斜壓板采用合金鋼，經(jīng)嚴(yán)格熱處理，故能保證在長期高速運作下的精密度與穩(wěn)定性。切斷機構(gòu)有采用單“S”凸輪導(dǎo)板機構(gòu)，其中心與切刀筒中心一致，可達到穩(wěn)固的剪短功能。退產(chǎn)機構(gòu)采用電腦設(shè)計，加工的齒輪可達到退料快速平穩(wěn)的目的。夾鉗傳動機構(gòu)采用行星齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)，可嚴(yán)格控制鉗夾的翻轉(zhuǎn)、平移、可達到準(zhǔn)確平穩(wěn)送料的功能。
   本設(shè)備配有氣動制系統(tǒng)，自動故障檢測系統(tǒng)及安全保護裝置，產(chǎn)生故障自動停機、調(diào)試方便，人機安全。
