閉式冷卻塔利用水蒸發時吸收熱量的原理而使被冷卻液體冷卻。噴淋水(冷卻水)貯于冷卻塔底部,工作流體(軟化水或其他液體)在閉式冷卻塔的散熱盤管內進行封閉循環,噴淋水由噴淋系統泵經水分配系統和噴淋嘴淋在盤管表面,一部分水被蒸發,吸走熱量,從而降低管內工作流體的溫度。熱空氣中的水和未蒸發的水被擋水板截住并流經PVC熱交換層,PVC熱交換層中的水被流過的空氣冷卻,溫度降低,落入底下水盤,由水泵再循環至水分配系統,又回淋到盤管上,如此進行循環冷卻。 | |||||||||||||||
Closed cooling tower cools the required liquid according to the principle that water evaporation can absorb heat energy. Spraying water (cooling water) is stored at the bottom of tower. Working fluid (softened water or other liquid) circulates in coils of closed cooling tower. Spray the cooling water on the surface of coils via spray pump, distribution system and nozzle. Some of cooling water evaporates and absorb certain heat in order to reduce the temperature of working fluid in coils. Water contained in the hot air and cooling water that does not evaporate is held by the water stem and flows through the PVC heat-exchanging layer. Water in the PVC heat-exchanging layer is cooled by air flow and falls in the bottom tray when its temperature is reduced. Water is sucked in the water pump and re-sprayed on coils via water distribution system. It is called the circulating cooling. | |||||||||||||||
