1.采用液晶顯示數控系統，可根據不同工件的要求，編制及儲存多種熱處理工藝程序。
2.控制精度及自動化程序高，熱處理后工件一致性好。
3.工件旋轉采用變頻無級調速。
4.床身采用鋼板焊接，整體去應力處理。
5.采用標準直線導軌。
6.加熱、噴水、時間控制集中于機床控制系統。

2. High control precision and automaticity, good consistency of heat-treating workpiece.
3. Using frequency conversion stepless governing for workpiece rotating.
4. Bed is welded by steel plate. It should be eliminated stress in total.
5. MUsing standard beeline guide rail。
6. Heating, spray water and time focus on the machine control system.
