◇About Inquiry Online and Visits to our Factory

◆關(guān)于售后

凡是從本廠直接購買的機器享有一年的整機保修期，兩年的系統(tǒng)保修期，保修期 內(nèi)因為機器質(zhì)量引起的機器故障，只需要提供故障圖片或者視頻給我們技術(shù)員， 判斷是什么配件壞了，壞的配件可以發(fā)回來免費更換。超過保修期的，或者由于 物流、人為等其他因素，導(dǎo)致非質(zhì)量問題的故障，我們將收取少量的維修費和配 件成本費。

◇About After-sales

All machines purchased directly from the factory enjoy a one-year machine warranty period and two-year system warranty period. 由于不同型號的機器的重量、尺寸差異都比較大。我們的報價全部為不含稅不含 包裝的出廠價。機器備好后，客戶可以自選快遞或者物流，至少提前24小時通知 給我們安排發(fā)貨。

◇About Delivery
