The inner cavity of the metal valve body is processed using a toothed process. Fully bond the lining material with the metal, extending the service life and performance of the lining material. The valve stem seal adopts a combination of F46 corrugated pipe seal and V-shaped PTFE packing, completely eliminating the possibility of medium leakage from the valve stem.

進口氣動襯氟調節閥結構特點 Structural characteristics

襯氟單座調節閥，采用流體壓力不平衡型閥芯結構與閥蓋頂部導向閥內件形式，其體積精小、結構簡單且調節精度高、閥座密封性能好。該閥接觸介質的部位采用高壓注塑工藝，襯有耐腐蝕、耐老化的聚全氟乙丙烯（簡稱F46），并采用聚四氟乙烯波紋管密封， 不僅具有耐酸（鹽酸、硫酸、氫氟酸）、堿等強腐蝕介質的獨特優點，還具有可靠的密封性。
