二、技術(shù)說明TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION 

JAZZ R 5AX是一款能夠滿足所有高動態(tài)和非常復雜工序加工的一款通用型5軸加工中心。

The Universal working centre JAZZ R 5AX, was created to satisfy any kind of need for high dynamic and remarkably complex process.

基架是專門為銑床制定的DMP工藝制成，它是一種具有阻尼振動和高性能的復合材料鑄件。（DMP：一種新型礦物質(zhì)鑄件，現(xiàn)階段歐洲先進機床生產(chǎn)中所采用的一種鑄件）

The base frame is made through DMP process specifically developed for milling machine. It is a damping-vibration composite material, a high performance mineral casting.

在機床的底座上設計了兩種加工模式的工作臺，其中一個是固定式工作臺，第二個是搖籃式旋轉(zhuǎn)工作臺（C+B軸）。

The machine is built on a structural base where there are the two main working supports, one being the fixed table and the second being the tilting rotary table (axis C + B).

承載立柱的滑鞍裝配在底座的線性導軌上，由滾珠絲杠與導軌組成的傳動系統(tǒng)來實現(xiàn)X、Y軸的移動。主軸（可選配電主軸）安裝在Z軸的滑枕支架上，并再次使用滾珠絲杠結(jié)構(gòu)來進行運動。

The X axis is assembled on a carriage that is moved by a screw assembling on linear rails; on this carriage the Y axis RAM is mounted. The movement of this is by the same system, ball screw and linear rails.The spindle (opt. electro spindle) is fastened in a structure that is fixed frontally to the RAM onto the carriages of a third set of linear rails and again moved by a ball screw (Z axis).

There is no balance cylinder fitted in order to guarantee high dynamic machine speed.

Safety levels are guaranteed by an integral safety brake with the screw axis.

The tool magazine is fixed on the base in standard version with ISO40 or in version BT- 40 (optional) or in the version HSK-63 (optional).

The working area of the machine is enclosed as standard via vertical protective bellows.
